I am a Mama's Mama.  I teach yogasana, meditation, and kriyas to expand the consciousness of the woman, her body environment, and mentality.   I offer and prepare herbals to fortify her system in full connection to Nature.

I assist the couple as soon as we choose to work together.  As early as fertility preparation, for labor, for postpartum care, or the entire childbearing year, I am here to connect you to community and assist your unique growth into parenthood.
